For the first time since early March our family is home alone. Well, almost, we do have one returning IVEP participant doing her mandatory two week quarantine in the downstairs bedroom. But, given that she’s in quarantine, we don’t see her except to deliver meals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was a blessing to have a full house during COVID-19. The sense of community was very important to the girls, in particular. I also appreciated our little community during lock down and while the office was closed. But, for an introvert like myself, I can feel myself decompressing now that there no social expectations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Indonesian YAMEN participant who had been living with us, Moudy, safely returned home on Saturday. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our new Connecting Peoples Coordinator, Clivia, moved into her own apartment on Sunday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The two Kenyan YAMEN participants, Jonathan and Victor, stayed in their own apartment but remain part of our circle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
