During my recovery I noticed that I had little red spots on my limbs. It was hard not to notice, they were itchy and uncomfortable. At first I thought they were a flurry of mosquito bites but soon realized that they appeared on my legs and feet, where my socks protect me from mosquitos.

I tried all of my usual techniques for cleaning my skin to no avail; hot water and soap, tea tree oil, antiseptics, hydrogen peroxide. Then I did a parasite cleanse. We usually take an anti-parasite every six months (or as needed) just in case. It didn’t have an effect. The red dots persisted.

The little red dots were developing into a rash and I was starting to get frustrated when I noticed Sulphur Soap at a local pharmacy. The box boasted that this was a Germicide, Fungicide, and Parasiticide. Oh, also Anti-Acne; which, according to the internet, is apparently why most people buy it. So I thought, hey I’ll give it a try.

I lathered it on and the redness immediately began to fade. A little over a week of washing with Sulphur Soap and it was completely gone. Later, I learned that I probably had ‘under the skin mites’, also known as Scabies. Sulphur cream – and soap – is a well known cure for them. A well known cure that I hadn’t know about, but now I know and so do you.

This came back to my mind recently because I had another batch of red dots appear in a cluster on my left index finger – of all places – and had to break out the Sulphur Soap again. It’s rewarding to see them fade visibly away day by day.

So, yes, I fully recommend Sulphur Soap.
